• Changes in insulin and other diabetes drug therapies may be necessaryduring treatment with Adipex phentermine and adipex.
• Adipex may reduce the effects of guanethidine (Ismelin) phentermine and adipex. This could leadto an increase in blood pressure phentermine and adipex. Tell your doctor if you are taking guanethidine phentermine and adipex.
• Before taking this medication, tell your doctor if you are taking a tricyclicantidepressant such as amitriptyline (Elavil), amoxapine (Asendin), doxepin(Sinequan), nortriptyline (Pamelor), imipramine (Tofranil), clomipramine (Anafranil),protriptyline (Vivactil), or desipramine (Norpramin) phentermine and adipex. These drugs may decreasethe effects of Adipex phentermine and adipex.
